Agent Factory is the system that makes one person operate like a department. It’s a collection of specialized AI agents — each with a defined role, skill set, and tools — that I use every day to handle everything from data engineering to business strategy to content creation.
How it works
Each agent is defined in markdown with a role, personality, skills, and tool access. They’re deployed through Claude Code and can be composed together for complex workflows. A Project Manager agent (Kael) handles orchestration — breaking big problems into tasks and delegating to the right specialists.
