The engagement includes a structured intake, review of relevant artifacts, a 90-minute working session, and a concise written recommendation memo. You leave with a clear read on the decision, the risks, and the next moves.

This is the best entry point when the question is concrete and the organization needs senior judgment quickly.

This is not a workshop or coaching call. It is a focused senior review of a decision where the wrong call would be expensive.

Typical range: $10K–$15K.

Best for: founders, CEOs, product/data/AI leaders, or boards who need clarity on one consequential decision before committing more time or capital.

A half- or full-day working session with your leadership team, built around the Collaborative AI framework and applied directly to the decisions in front of you.

The session combines a diagnostic of where the organization is stuck, a practical framework for designing AI systems that integrate models, software, data, evaluation, and human judgment, and a facilitated decision session around the three or four calls your team actually needs to make.

You leave with a shared language, a clearer decision map, and a written recommendation memo within a week.

I run a small number of briefings each quarter. Pre-work from your team is required.

Typical range: $25K–$35K for a half day. $40K–$60K for a full day.

Best for: leadership teams making foundational AI decisions, boards orienting to AI strategy, or executive teams stuck between competing internal AI proposals.

Ongoing work with companies making consequential AI bets. This can be structured as advisory support for CEOs, founders, boards, and executive teams, or as a deeper fractional/principal engagement when the work needs hands-on senior leadership alongside the team.

• Advisory: monthly structured working session plus async access for the decisions in between. $8K–$12K/month, typically 6+ months.
• Fractional/principal: embedded architecture, governance, and build leadership — directly in architecture reviews, governance design, and the operating work required to get AI systems shipped responsibly. Starting at $20K/month, typical engagement 3–6 months.

The common thread is senior judgment applied continuously: what to build, what not to build, where the risks are, how to evaluate progress, and where human judgment belongs in the system.

I take on only a small number of ongoing engagements at a time.

Best for: organizations past the exploration phase that need an experienced AI/data leader helping steer the work before expensive decisions harden.
