I founded District Data Labs as a data science consulting and training company, and grew it from nothing to over $1M in annual revenue.

We delivered custom data science solutions, corporate training programs, and hands-on workshops. Our client list included Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and startups — anyone who needed help turning data into something useful.

Building DDL taught me more about the business side of data science than any job ever could. Selling, scoping, hiring, delivering — the full lifecycle. That experience shapes how I think about AI strategy today.
