Work With Me
I work with a small number of companies and leaders each year on the decisions that determine whether AI projects deliver. I'm accountable for what I recommend.
The engagements below are for leadership teams, founders, and boards who want someone who's actually built the kind of systems they're considering and will say on the record what they should do. If your situation fits one of the categories below, a 30-minute conversation is the right next step.
Executive Briefings
A half- or full-day strategy session with your leadership team, built around the Collaborative AI framework — a structured approach to designing AI systems that integrate software, data, and human judgment — and applied directly to the decisions you're facing right now.
The session is structured in three parts: a working diagnostic of where you are and what's stuck, the core framework mapped to your specific situation, and a facilitated decision session on three or four of the decisions you actually need to make. You leave with a clear shared view across the team and a written memo of recommendations within a week.
Most leadership teams make more progress on their AI strategy in those few hours than in the previous six months. The session compresses what a consulting firm would deliver over months — at peer level, with one accountable person, and without the diluted handoffs.
I run a small number of briefings each quarter. Pre-work from your team is required.
Half-day: $25K–$35K. Full day: $40K–$60K.
Best for: leadership teams making foundational AI decisions, boards orienting to AI strategy, executive teams stuck between competing internal AI proposals.
Advisory
Ongoing engagements with companies making consequential AI bets — one monthly structured working session plus async access for the decisions in between.
You're not getting strategy in the abstract. You're getting judgment shaped by actively building the kind of system you're trying to build — the same Collaborative AI framework and operating system, applied to your specific decisions.
I cap advisory at a small number of active seats. Engagements start at 6 months and renew by mutual agreement.
$8K–$12K/month.
Best for: founders, CEOs, and boards who want a senior technical judgment-holder on the AI decisions that define the build they're in right now.
Fractional & Principal
For the work that needs more than a monthly session — fractional Chief AI Officer or principal-consulting engagements where I'm actively doing the work alongside your team.
I take on one or two of these at a time, typically one to two days a week. The Collaborative AI framework comes in as working tools — applied to your architecture, governance, and build decisions.
I lead the reviews your team is blocked on, stay present for the decisions that matter, and am accountable for whether the system ships.
Starting from $20K/month. Typical engagement: 3–6 months.
Some fractional engagements evolve into full-time roles. If that's where a conversation goes, I'm open to it.
Best for: organizations past the strategy phase and into the build, where senior, hands-on AI judgment is the bottleneck.
Collaborative AI Cohort
A small-group intensive for senior leaders and practitioners who want structured immersion in the Collaborative AI framework — with a cohort of peers, not colleagues.
Ten to twelve participants, all from different organizations, over six sessions across eight weeks. Each session covers a pillar of the framework; between sessions, you apply it to your own organization and bring back what you find. The cross-company format is deliberate — the varied contexts and industries are what make each session worth showing up for.
Sessions run ninety minutes each, live and virtual. Two to three cohorts per year, announced when enrollment opens.
$3,500 per seat.
Best for: senior leaders and practitioners who want to work through the Collaborative AI framework alongside peers from different organizations — without the commitment of a 1:1 engagement.
